2. Once I’ve sent my enquiry for a movers and packers service, what happens next?

Our team of professional movers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor will immediately send you a message of acknowledgment that we have received your enquiry. You may expect to be called back within two (2) working days so we can discuss more about your moving requirements moving forward. This discussion can also help us evaluate other necessary services such as a temporary storage facility or a lorry rental service. Our representative can also schedule a visit to your site for a complimentary consultation. Once you have decided to book our moving service, a confirmation email will be sent to you, including an invoice 2 to 3 days after your booking has been confirmed. 

3. Now that I’ve done my booking, what moving tips can you suggest on my end?

Moving can be a stress-inducing experience for many people. With the number of clients we have helped, we’ve outlined the following moving tips for a hassle-free house moving or office relocation experience.

  1. Pack your items and belongings in boxes which are colour-coded. Not only does this make the job faster for movers and packers; it can also save you time when unpacking at the new location. 
  2. Keep valuables in a separate, smaller box that you can carry with you at all times. This will prevent mishaps later on such as missing items, lost jewelry or timepieces, etc. 
  3. Use proper boxes provided for by our movers and packers. To ensure secure moving, limit the contents of each box at 25kg. It also helps to arrange the items so that the heavier items sit at the bottom, with the lighter items on top. 
  4. Keep appliances dry and your household items fastened with tape to keep them from moving around the compartment while in transit. For bulk disposal, make sure you identify in advance which equipment or items you will be leaving and which ones to take with you.
  1. Secure fragile items with bubble wrapping and take time to cushion them with papers or   towels. Use old newspapers to fill in the gaps and prevent breakage.

4. Do you accept changes to or cancellations on my home or commercial movers booking?

Yes, provided that you communicate the changes to us within the specified time frame and under certain conditions. You may cancel or change your booking schedule free of charge for as long as the changes are communicated 7 days before the moving schedule. Any changes or cancellations done at a date which is less than 7 days before the moving schedule will incur charges. 

5. How do you address customer satisfaction complaints?

Our movers and packers will always strive to deliver the best in customer satisfaction. If you aren’t satisfied with our moving services, feel free to contact our customer service team via phone or email.

6. Do you cater to special moving requests, such as night moving or express moving services?

If you need to move or hire our relocation machinery at a specific day or time, or if you have an urgent need to book our services at once, kindly get in touch with our customer service team or send us an email with your request.

7. What are your available payment options?

As your professional movers in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor we strive to make our payment schemes as accessible and as reasonable as possible. Specifically for premium and all-in service packages, we do collect a RM200 deposit payment. Should you hire our house movers, piano movers, commercial movers, or any of our moving services, we accept payment methods via cash or instant transfer online upon delivery. If you have other payment methods in mind, don’t hesitate to discuss with us.
